Our team are individually trained and accredited by two world renowned associations, the N.C.C.A. and the IICRC. Both organisations follow a rigorous training, study, examination and practice programme which ensures that quality and professional service is delivered to our customers at a consistently high standard.
Established in 1968, the N.C.C.A. (National Carpet Cleaners Association) is the only independent UK trade body dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, hard flooring, upholstery, curtains and other soft furnishings.
Established in 1972, the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is recognised Internationally as an industry leader in training, accrediting and delivering premium cleaning and restoration services.
Whether it is your regular maintenance clean, or you have a spot or a major stain, our team of trained professionals will be able to advise you and/or solve the issue. We use tested and approved methods, along with specialist machinery to clean and restore your carpet or rug.
Every fabric and fibre used in upholstery and curtains reacts differently to different cleaning methods. Our team have a deep understanding of both common and fine fabrics, and what the best approach is to bring them back to life.
With a significant investment made in your interior & exterior hard-floors, you may notice they lose their sheen, or possibly become marked or cracked by spills and drops. Just because it’s hard, doesn’t always mean it’s completely hardy. We can revive and protect your hard-floors back to a state that you desire.
The methods we use to clean your fabric or hard-floor follows an industry standard. For fabrics we would begin by removing lose “soils” by vacuum or brush.We would then deal with any spots or stains that may be present. Once we’ve tackled the more challenging elements, we then remove the surface tension of the fabric with a pre-spray, and depending on the type of fabric, we would then do what is called a wet vacuum extraction or a dry clean.
Finally, the drying process is critical, and if the fabric has a pile we will set it to favour it’s natural lie.
